ARMAGH are within touching distance of Division Two after a strong 1-15 to 0-14 win at home to Derry last night.

Derry had five Slaughtneil players back after their club exploits and were ahead at the break but Andrew Murnin’s first half goal was crucial.

Earlier yesterday Nigel Dunne’s 0-8 haul (0-6 from play) gave Offaly a 1-13 to 1-10 win in Wexford.
