That a nation of 207million people has seen its team knocked out by a nation with a population of 11million may cause consternation in Brazil. It should not. Forget Neymar’s theatrics (above), they graced this tournament and were unlucky against the Belgians. It was, indeed, a crying shame to see them leave.
