Tragic tennis star, 9, helps save 4 lives
Little Sadie A GIRL of nine who had been tipped as a future tennis champion has saved the lives of four people after her death.
Sadie Bristow, the topranked tennis player in her age group in the UK, died from an allergic reaction during a family outing in August.
Her tennis coach father Stewart, of Chartam, Kent, said of the decision to donate her organs: “It was heartbreaking, but we didn’t hesitate.
“Sadie was a very giving and caring little girl, and to think that her organs have saved other lives is something that brings us some comfort.”
Stewart and Sadie’s mum Clare have been told the transplants are already transforming the lives of the seriously-ill recipients. Kids at nativity
