Preheat oven to 150C / gas mark 2. On hob, heat the oil in a pan and brown the beef on a medium heat. Once done, remove the meat with a slotted spoon and set aside.

In the leftover oil and juices from the beef, lower the heat slightly and add onions, stirring frequently until they start to wilt, which should take about 2 minutes.

Add garlic, chilli and crushed cardamom pods until fragrant, stirring continuously. This will take a couple of minutes.

Return the beef to the pan and add tomatoes, spices, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and allow to simmer for a minute or two.

Transfer everything to a heat proof pot, cover and place in the middle shelf of the oven to cook for 2 hours or until the meat is tender. Add the beans to the final 20 minutes of cooking to heat through.

Serve with feta cheese and a scatter of coriander. It can be eaten alone or with rice, as is your preference.

Rockstar has once again blown the competition out of the water with beautiful graphics, incredible gameplay and a gripping storyline. This game is so realistic that the testicles of your horse start to shrink when it gets cold.

Its stunning open world environment is based around five made up states in America and can be played from either third or first person. The pace is much slower than any GTA game, as players are forced to hunt and fish to survive and provide an income. The year is 1899 and you’re part of a gang forced to flee their hideout and cross snow-capped mountains to evade the police. And for the first time in any Rockstar game, player choices are central to the whole storyline and almost every decision can shape your

APP future missions.

This one of the greatest single player games yet.
