envy but Yasmine said she wasn’t too taken with the materialis­tic life. She added: “Not to sound like I’ve watched an awful lot of Oprah, but I don’t think it makes anyone particular­ly happy. “Having all the extravagan­t things or paying billions of euro or thousands of euro for something, I don’t think anyone necessaril­y needs that and I don’t think it makes anyone feel better about themselves.”

While Irish private plane entreprene­ur Peter Le Bas invited her to sit on a Gulfstream jet she said it was back to the real world with a bang while flying around the world for the series.

Yasmine revealed: “For the most part we were flying in economy. We stayed in some nice hotels but for the most part we weren’t having any of the experience they were having.

“Although we did luck out on the way back from Barbados and got upgraded to first class. We were all delighted with ourselves drinking Champagne and having a great old time.

“But more often than not you’re living the normal lifestyle while watching the other people enjoy all the riches.”

The star has a huge roll of TV credits in shows on both sides of the Irish Sea but she says she is still bestknown for appearing in the most famous detective series there is where she kissed Benedict Cumberbatc­h.
