Shipwrecked life ain’t such a beach now..

The original

series was about survival. It wasn’t Lord Of The Flies, but there were basics such as building your own shelter, fires and fishing without tools. Fast forward 20 years and Shipwrecked 2019 looks more like Love Island without the villa with a tribe of hotties toting suitcases. On their first night they downed a case of alcohol, started a fire with a gas ignitor and used a machete to crack open coconuts. All this while they toured the already-built shelter and toilet facilities and got to grips with a drill to assemble items.
