Whirlwind trip to London for flustered Amy
Amy Huberman ACTRESS Amy Huberman faced an epic journey when travelling from Dublin to London after Storm Erik struck.
The Finding Joy star was headed to England for an audition but strong winds grounded her flight.
Amy, who is married to rugby star Brian O’driscoll, eventually found herself diverted to Birmingham, where she had just 15 minutes to get the only direct train to London.
She didn’t have a ticket so kind strangers helped her out as one man “rang his wife who booked it for me and I’ll transfer them the money next week”.
The 39-year-old posted on Instagram: “I’m very grateful. They were also sound enough to wait an hour past my slot.”
