House struck in car smash

A STOLEN car cracked the wall of a house and damaged a radiator during a shocking crash, it has emerged.

The woman who lives at the property in New Mossley, Newtownabbey, saw the vehicle coming as she cleaned her windows, according to locals.

Jackie Shaw, a community worker in the area, said: “The car hit the house a fair whack. Either the person driving didn’t know the area or they were off their heads.”
