FOOD KITCHEN

Fancy at-home culinary creations have replaced Michelin star restaurants out of necessity and the dishes will get even more inventive next year. Chef-inspired meals, food plating techniques and garnishes are all trending up, with a 130% increase in searches for “bread art”.

A parking space is the new personal space. Sometimes, you just need to get away. In 2021, cars will become the new “third space” for everything from date nights to man caves. “Car man cave” searches have more than doubled and, not surprisingly, drive-in cinema searches tripled.

Zzz time is the new me time and sleep care will be the new selfcare. Bedtime routines will be more luxurious than ever. From home goods just for sleep to bedtime exercise routines, people will bring intention to more restful regimens. Think sleep blends for diffuser (up 80%), sleep yoga (up 90%) and affirmations (up 100%)
