Corrie Kimberly in frisky mood ahead of date show
CORRIE’S Kimberly Hart-simpson has some shock tactics in store for fans of Celebs Go Dating.
She’ll be eyeing up ALL the other star contestants whatever their sex or sexuality.
Because when it comes to love, the 33-year-old is not fussed about what gender her future partner might be.
The actress – who was a hit on the cobbles last year as escort Nicky Wheatley – has already announced she’s bisexual. But ahead of the E4 dating show which returns
LINE-UP Karim, Chloe, Sophie, Curtis, Kimberly, DJ Tom Zanetti and clubs king Wayne Lineker to our screens later this month, Kimberly goes a step further – and reveals she’s Pansexual.
“I have dated people who are male, female, transgender…” she says. “Gender is completely irrelevant to me.
“We’re all on different spectrums. There are many qualities about me I would deem justas much male as female. It’s about the person, not what sex they were born. I just fancy everybody.”
Kimberly started experimenting sexually while studying at London’s Italia Conti drama school but until then, she had struggled with her sexuality.
“I’d have a couple of drinks at night and change my Tinder search profile to ‘both’,” she says.
“When I woke up the next day, I’d think, ‘OMG, I hope no one I know has seen me’. Then I realised if they had, it would mean they were gay too.”
A chat with a gay pal helped Kimberly enormously. “It clicked, and I realised I’m surrounded by nonjudgmental people and a loving family supporting me.”
Welsh Kimberly, who lives with her mum, got her big Street break after a stint in Hollyoaks.

GOOD ANGLES BGT’S Alesha her to return. In the meantime, though, Kimberly is on the lookout for a soulmate. “I’m hitting career milestones, but nothing quite beats love,” she says.
So what’s her type? BGT judge Alesha Dixon for a start.
“Alesha does not have a bad angle on her. She’s beautiful,” says Kimberly. The star also describes TV hosts Reggie Yates and Jeff Brazier as “fit”, and adds: “I don’t know exactly what I want, but I tend to go for ‘cute’.”

“I’m looking for someone who loves life,” says Kimberly. “So where the hell are you? Because I’ve been waiting for so long. I’m ready.”
