The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental – at $3billion, one of the world’s most expensive hotels to build – is a classy spot for tea and great cakes.
But if you feel the need for a shot of adrenaline then grab an Uber for Yas Waterworld.
It has more than 40 rides, slides and attractions to flip you over, power you uphill and rocket you downhill.
It is one of the best waterparks I have ever visited. And it may have the added bonus of tiring you out for your long onward flight...
