CHRIS IS NO.1 FOR SEASON SAY PFA

CHRIS FORRESTER was last night crowned PFA Ireland Men’s Player of the Year.

Forrester, who helped St Patrick’s Athletic to FAI Cup glory last month, scored 13 Premier Division goals during the 2023 campaign.

Shamrock Rovers boss Stephen Bradley was named Manager of the Year in the Premier Division, while James O’callaghan was honoured for leading Peamount United to the Women’s title.

Peamount’s Sadhbh Doyle scooped the Women’s Player of the Year prize.
