Clonroche National School were the recent recipients of the ‘School of Excellance’ award for the promotion of physical and mental well being. The children have embraced our ‘Get Fit Fridays’. Now it’s your turn : Come join us for our ‘5K Walk/ Run which is organised for Saturday, June 11. Registrati­on is at 10.30 a.m. in Cloughbawn GAA grounds. All support would be greatly appreciate­d. Tickets for our annual raffle are now on sale. The draw will take place after our 5k.

Congratula­tions to the girls from Clonroche and Poulpeasty National Schools, who won the District Final of the Rackard League and the County semi-final. A great performanc­e by all.
