SUMMER CAMP

A summer camp will run in Sugradh Childcare Centre, SWWFRC over four weeks in July. Week one (July 4 to July 8) and Week two (11th-July 15) is for children ages 4-7 yrs, Week three (18th – July 22) is for eight to 12-year-olds and Week four (25th – July 29) is for four to 7 and 8-12 yrs. All camps run 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. Activities Include: Day Trip to Kennedy Park, Duncannon Beach (younger group), Sheilbagga­n Outdoor Pursuits Centre (older group), Football Skills, Arts and Crafts, Disco and much more. CÚL CAMP REGISTRATI­ON: St James Cúl Camp will run from July 11 to July 15 this coming summer and early registrati­on is now open for booking online on the Wexford GAA website. Any queries please contact Declan 087 8148094.

GOLF CLASSIC: The St James GAA Club golf classic is in Wexford Golf Club on Friday, July 29, and bookings on the time sheet are now being taken. Team of four will cost €140 for a round of golf and post game dinner in the club house. Like last year there will

LOTTO DRAW: The draw took place in Taghmon Camross GAA Clubhouse on May 31. There was no winner of the jackpot however 11 people matched three numbers and received €20 each. Of these five were St James winners Roisin O’Connor, Larry Crosbie, Anne Casey, Louise Walsh and Keith Cawley. The next draw will take place in Bannow-Ballymitty GAA Club on June 14 with a jackpot of €2,600. St James would like to thank everyone for supporting our lotto as these funds are vital for the day to day running of your club.

BARN DANCE: After last year’s successful club Barn Dance we are delighted to announce that tickets will go on sale in the coming week for the 2016 St James GAA Club Barn Dance that will talke place on July 16 at the same venue as last year in Sheilbagga­n. Further details will follow in the coming week.

A big thank you to everyone who came to support the annual plant sale for the Ramsgrange Horticultu­ral Society. A greater variety of plants were on offer this year. Prize winners in the raffle on the day were Paula Ryan, Brian O’Grady, Cathy Delaney, Theresa Foley, Marie Smart, Tom Boyle, Nuala McDonald and Margo O’Regan.

A number of plants will be on sale every Wednesday morning from 10.30-midday Great value here for those last few planters to be filled.
