Back at Dale View, Emma tries to soothe James’s concerns, but he remains worried. He goes to the surgery to find out the truth, but will he get it from Doctor Bailey?

Elsewhere, David struggles with his new look.

EASTENDERS

MAX’S court hearing has arrived, so Lauren tells Abi they need to be there for him. In the end, Abi decides that she can’t face Max, so Lauren suggests they should write a letter to him instead to say they’re there for him if he wants to be a family again.

Lauren hands the letter to Stacey, explaining that it says they’ll be waiting at The Vic. Will Max reach out to his family?

Meanwhile, Pam is in a better mood and even suggests that Ben should stay the night, leaving Les feeling guilty about what he did the night before.

Les tries to get rid of Christine’s belongings but can’t bring himself to do it. As everyone settles for the night, a struggling Les once again becomes Christine, but as he puts on her wig, someone walks in...

CORONATION STREET

THE police call at Number 11 to question Todd. They suggest to him that perhaps he, Tony and Jason all conspired to kill Callum between them. Todd is shocked to realise he’s now in the frame for murder.

Eileen tentatively points out to Jason that Tony loved him very much and when he said he wanted revenge on Callum, perhaps he meant murder.

With his guilt weighing heavily, Billy tells Todd that he’s considering telling the police the truth. Todd begs him to think twice, as in doing so, he’d destroy Sarah’s life.

Meanwhile, as Sean and Billy settle down to a cosy lunch in the Bistro, Billy gets a call from Todd telling him that he’s found Lee unconscious in the ginnel.

Billy heads out clearly worried and Sean is fuming to find himself playing second fiddle yet again.

FAIR CITY

PAUL discovers Oisin only gave Jane half of the 10,000 euros he provided to pay her off, and this latest scam proves to be the final straw for Niamh, who calls Nicola and tells her to come to Carrigstown immediately.

Meanwhile, Laura and Sash give in to their mutual attraction in the dressing room, and Jackie inadvertently drives Debbie into Tommy’s arms by insisting she needs someone to `lean on’ during her current ordeal.

Niamh plays nice with Oisin, under the impression that Nicola’s imminent arrival will mean he will soon be returning to Cork.
