Carraig Donn NOMINATION: Wexford Retail Excellence Award
CARRAIG Donn at 3 South Main St. is a truly unique store that is home to Irish fashion, giftware and jewellery. The store is part of the 36 location Carraig Donn retail chain which is fully Irish owned and operated from its headquarters in Westport, Co. Mayo.
This year the Wexford outlet approaches its 24th year in business, over those years it has become an integral feature of Main Street. The store offers women’s fashion for all ages, with a mix of Irish and international label, occasion wear, tops & blouses and more. The jewellery team are also on hand to help find that special piece with brands including Knight & Day, Newbridge Silverware and SOUL.
In the giftware department customers can browse everything from dinnerware to furniture, seasonal gifts and home décor as well as Irish brands including Paul Maloney, Brooke and Shoals Natural Candles, Tipperary Crystal and Genesis.
Leading the store is General Manager Bridin Caffrey whose team are focused on customer service and offering a wide range of choice to all customers, speaking about the awards she commented:
