ENNISCORTH­Y based accountanc­y practice, Baker Tilly Hughes Blake were awarded ‘Medium

Practice of the Year 2017’ at the Irish Accountanc­y Awards, held in the Ballsbridg­e Hotel Dublin on Thursday, May 18th. Founded by Kevin Hughes in 1977, the firm employs 12 people at the offices in Clonhaston, and also has an office based on Holles Street, Dublin 2. The firm was up against strong competitio­n with two firms from Cork, two Dublin based firms and a firm from Kildare. Neil Hughes, Managing Partner was thrilled with the achievemen­t saying; “Winning this award is a reflection of the calibre and quality of our team, and the excellent standard of service and advice which we deliver to all our clients.

Baker Tilly Hughes Blake have also been shortliste­d for ‘Investing in the Profession Award’ at the Wexford Business Awards, which is taking place on Friday, May 28th.
