Celebrity chef Dundon to fire up Taste of Dublin foodies with cooking demo
THERE will be a strong Wexford flavour to this year’s Taste of Dublin weekend after it was revealed that a local favourite will be playing a significant role in Ireland’s premier culinary event.
Kevin Dundon of Dunbrody Country House, the luxury hotel and spa in Arthurstown, is one of the internationally renowned chefs participating this year, displaying their cooking skills to more than 32,000 attendees. Taste of Dublin will run from Thursday, June 15, to Sunday, June 18, in Dublin’s Iveagh Gardens and is expected to draw tens of thousands of foodies to the gardens.
More than 30 leading chefs will be participating in this year’s event with Kevin joined by others including Neven Maguire, Darina Allen, Jean Christophe Novelli, Clodagh McKenna, MasterChef Ireland’s Robin Gill, Daniel Clifford and many more. More than 20 of Ireland’s finest restaurants will be participating while attendees will have more than 160 food and drink demonstrations and exhibitions to choose from.
