Motor insurance offender jailed

A FIVE-MONTH jail sentence was recorded against motor insurance offender John Kinsella of 54 Mount Carmel in New Ross. The District Court heard from Garda Alan Hayes that Kinsella was already disqualified when intercepted at Ballygoman on November 8 last.

Kinsella accepted that it was a very silly thing to so, taking to the wheel of a car which he purchased for his girlfriend. The court was told that a 15year driving ban was in place since 2014.
