BINGO

Bingo is played every Tuesday night at 8.30 p.m. in Rathnure hall. Rathnure Bingo is active on Facebook, search ‘Rathnure Bingo’ and like our page. Thank you. The bingo jackpot on Tuesday the 27th is €3,200.

MUSICAL

‘Torn Dreams the Musical: Revamped’ is returning to the Rathnure Stage this summer for a six night run. This was the very first original musical written in 2010. With over 30 Rock n’ Roll numbers in the show, you won’t want to miss 2017’s Hottest Torn Dreams. The show runs on July 3,5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 at 7.45 p.m. nightly and the Box Office is now open at 087 0687801. Proceeds to the Hope Centre and Co. Wexford Hospice Homecare.

GAA CLUB NEWS

Best of luck to Jack Guiney and the Wexford squad with their preparatio­ns for the Leinster Final. The match against Galway will take place in Croke Park next Sunday the second at four o’clock.

Club lotto – The numbers drawn last Tuesday were 1, 23, 29 and 30. There was no jackpot winner. BLS Lawler, Ballintru, Rathnure and Paddy Byrne, Ballywilli­am were the two matchthree winners who each won €100. The jackpot this week is €15,000.

Féile – A sincere thank you to all who helped in making last weekend’s Féile something to remember for all. It was a great weekend and enjoyed by everyone and without your help it could not have happened. Well done to our under-14 girls who are a very young team but showed great talent, determinat­ion and a never give up attitude. Thanks to all the mentors who looked after the girls.

SUMMER CAMP

Does your child like to sing, dance and act? If the answer is yes then this is the summer camp for you. Our focus will be to encourage each child’s skills in the performing arts as well as allowing them to express themselves through games, baking, art and sports.

This camp will take place in Caim from Monday, July 24 – Friday, July 28, from 10 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and cost is €60 for one child or €100 for two children from the same family. Ages: 5-13. If interested please contact Ashley: 085 1480355. Sheila: 087 7625419.
