CLONMINES PATRON

The annual patron in Clonmines Cemetery will take place this Friday evening, June 30, at 7.30 p.m.

CARDS

There was joint winners of the cards on Saturday night last in St Leonards hall. They were; John Reville, Pat Whelan, Tom Culleton and Billy Shannon, Pat Murray and Mick Culleton. Joint third were; Carmel Kehoe, Aidan Colfer, Johnny Colfer and Johny Flynn, Brendan Colfer and Mick O’Hanlon. The last game draw winers were; John Sinnott, Georgie Foley and David Murphy. The raffle winners on the night were; Sonny Cahill (2) and Michael Murphy (2).

The cards continue every Saturday night at 8.30 p.m. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

LOTTO

There was no jackpot winner in the Tintern lotto draw last week. Five lucky punters matched three numbers and each received €40. They were; Thomas and Nora Kinsella, Tintern, Bernadette Cullen, Ballyhackbeg, Aaron Whelan, c/o PO Bridget Browne, c/o P.O. and Wendy Hennessey, Garrycullen. The numbers drawn were 3, 6, 15 and 24.

Next week’s jackpot will be €2,900 and next week’s matchthree winners will share €200. Tickets on sale in all local shops and from committee members.

ST KEARNS ROWING CLUB

This year’s St Kearns Regatta will take place on Sunday nex July 2 starting at 8 a.m. and will carry on through the afternoon. Shop and barbecue on the day. Hope to see you all there.

PATRON

The St Leonards Patron Mass this Sunday, July 2, has been brought forward to midday, and is followed by the blessing of the graves. St Leonards field day is now rescheduled to Sunday, July 9.
