Motorist banned for two years

DANNY Kinsella (20) of 69 Pondfields, New Ross was put off the road for two years on conviction for a motor insurance offence.

He had no valid cover in place Ard Mhicil in New Ross on September 30 last year and he had no licence. Kinsella was banned for the two years for the failure to produce insurance with a fine of €80 for the failure to have a driving licence.
