Row over loud music

A row with neighbours over his playing of loud music resulted in public order convictions for Nikolay Shevchenko (62) of12A Priory Court in New Ross at Wexford Court.

Judge John Cheatle heard how Garda Margaret Doyle was called to Priory Court in January where she found the defendant banging with his fist on a door.

Fines of €100 each were set for being drunk and for threatening behaviour.
