AFTER THE massively successful Pettitt’s night, things were a little quieter at Enniscorthy dog track last week. Still, there was very good attendances on both nights last week and there was some good runs recorded on track also.

On Thursday night the in-form Honest Suckle continued her good run of recent form when recording her third straight win when taking race five, scoring in a fine 28.87 by three lengths from Slaneyside Sofia.

Another runner that has hit top form of late is Bugatti Petite who stepped up from her sprint win the previous week to score in race two, an A3, when she wore down favourite Lord Of Hope to record a good 28.90.

Things got off to a fast start when Karlow Snapper led and ran out an easy four and a half lengths winner in a fast 28.89, going up three grades in one fell swoop.

Race seven, a 575, saw a very good run from Delcash Mojo who produced the run of the night when storming home in a very fast 31.26, beating Lochdara Jet by a snug four lengths.

Enniscorthy owner Tommy Woods had a good week when his old favourite Brickfield Blue took race seven.

He went on to Newbridge on Friday night to record a nice double with his two runners, Lord Bosco and Lord Lady.
