COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT

We have vacancies in the following areas on our forthcoming Community Employment Scheme at South West Wexford Family Resource Centre: Childcare workers, Front Desk Receptionists, Administrators, General Cleaner, Caretaker/Maintenance, Cleaner to support the Sugradh Childcare Centre, Community Café, Youth

You must be over 21 years and receipt of a Social Welfare payment for 12 months or more. Please contact Tilly Carroll, CE Scheme Supervisor on 051 389418 for Application Form or pick up at Reception.

Please ensure you are registered with DSP and if you have been signed off by Job Path (Turas Nua) you are now entitled to apply for a Community Employment Scheme.

EDUCATION AT SWWFRC

New evening courses starting in October 2017.

Early Childhood Care and Education Level 6: Early Childhood Curriculum. Starting Monday, October 2, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. for 10 weeks. Cost €325.

Early Childhood Care and Education Level 5: Child Health and Well Being. Starting Tuesday, October 3, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. for 10 weeks. Cost €285.

Health Care Support Level 5: Palliative Care Support. Starting Tuesday, October 3, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. for 10 weeks. Cost €285.

Applied Social Studies/Community Health Services Level 5: Intercultural Studies. Starting Wednesday, October 4, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. for 10 weeks. Cost €285.

Business Administration/ eBusiness Level 5: Payroll Manual and Computerised. Starting Thursday, October 5, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. for 10 weeks. Cost €285.

Training and Development, Special purpose award, Level 6 (2 modules): Training Needs, Identification and Design. Training Delivery and Evaluation. Starting Saturday, October 7, 9.30 a.m. 2 p.m. for eight Saturdays. Cost €550.

Courses will run subject to minimum numbers confirmed. Recipients of social welfare may be entitled to funding towards courses. Easy payment plans can be availed of for all courses. Phone Jan/Diane at 051 389418 for further details or to book a place on any of the above courses.

ST LOUIS STITCHERS

St Louis Stitchers Group meets every Wednesday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at South West Wexford Family Resource Centre (SWWFRC) Ramsgrange. New members very welcome. For more information contact SWWFRC Reception at 051 389418. The group starts back on Wednesday, September 6, after the summer break.

WOMEN’S GROUP

Shelbourne Women’s Group meets every Monday 10.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. at South West Wexford Family Resource Centre (SWWFRC) Ramsgrange. New members very welcome. For more information contact SWWFRC Reception at 051 389418. The group started back on Monday, September 4, after the summer break.

BLOKES WITH CAMERAS
