Man (21) facing drug dealing charges

Drug dealing charges against Ronan Godkin of 6 Ard Alainn, New Ross, were mentioned at the District Court sitting in Wexford.

The 21-year-old defendant stood accused of having cannabis, cocaine and alprazolam for sale or supply at 6 Ard Alainn in New Ross on November 18 last.

Sergeant Victor Isdell confirmed that the case was due to be referred to a higher court and he was granted one month adjournment to allow preparation of a book of evidence.

He was allowed the services of solicitor Ed King under the free legal aid scheme.
