Careless driving

A road accident in Ballymurn had a sequel in the District Court for Noirín McMahon (20) from Battlestown, Ramsgrange.

A conviction for careless driving on September 10 last year was imposed after Judge Gerard Haughton heard that Ms McMahon failed to stop at a junction.

No injuries resulted from the collision, the court was assured before a fine of €150 was imposed on the accused, a UCC student.
