Electronic items stolen

SEVERAL valuable electronic items were stolen from a house in Fethard-on-Sea on Wednesday last.

The theft occurred at Ashgrove estate in the village at around 11.30 a.m. A black Apple iPad, a black Garmin watch and a black Canon camera were stolen, along with golf clubs.

There was an attempted burglary at School House Road in Rosbercon the previous day when someone tried to gain entry to a house.

Sergeant Eddie Wilde said anyone with information about these crimes can contact New Ross Garda Station on 051 426030. He urged people to contact gardaí as soon as they see any suspicious activity and not post the matters online.
