Soccer star selling pub for over €1.2m
FORMER Ireland international soccer star Stephen Hunt has put his Rosslare gastro pub, Tides, on the market for offers in excess of €1.2 million.
Due to other business commitments in the UK, Stephen has now decided to sell what has become a very successful licensed premises.
Tides Gastro Pub is a beautifully appointed two-storey licensed premises which enjoys a prominent corner trading position with views over the coastline and the adjoining Rosslare Strand and public car park.
Since the acquisition of what was then Bradys of Rosslare, by Stephen in 2014, the premises has been extensively refurbished NEW ROSS STANDARD to a very high standard and is fitted out in a contemporary style with a ‘New England/Cape Cod’ nautical theme and in the words of the auctioneers ‘oozes charm and character’.
When he bought the pub, Stephen said at the time that he was planning for life after football.

Stephen won 39 caps for the Republic of Ireland, scoring one goal during his time with the national team.
