DANCING AT CAMROSS

The First Friday October dance will be held in Camross Ballroom on Friday, October 6, with music by the popular Checkers. Dancing from 10 p.m. till late. Admission is €8 including the tea.

CAMROSS DRAMA GROUP

A charity table quiz will be held by CDG in aid of Wexford General Hospital MRI scanner. Friday, September 29, 8 p.m. in Rochford’s Bar, Camross. Table of four €20. Spot prizes and lots of fun.

The DLI festival play ‘Larry’ by Henry Hudson has been accepted in five festivals: Gorebridge, Kilmallock, Moate, Cavan and Cork. Three One-act plays are coming soon. Like our Facebook page to keep up to date.

Our next meeting will be in Camross Hall on October 2 and the monthly competition will be the ‘Largest cooking apple’. Come join us, we are always happy to welcome newcomers.

HOSPICE COFFEE DAY

A coffee day in aid of Wexford Hospice Homecare will be held at the home of Gerald and Mary Kelly, Wilkinstown near Barry’s Cross on Thursday, September 28, from 10 a.m. till 10 p.m.

CASTLE VINTAGE CLUB

The Dick Williams Memorial tractor run is being held on Sunday, October 1, leaving Taghmon Community Centre at 11 a.m. Spot prizes include a 2-night weekend away.
