ALLEGED ASSAULT AT GAA GROUNDS

A 40-year-old Rosslare man has had a charge of assault at Bellefield GAA grounds in Enniscorthy adjourned.

Larry Morrissey of Rosslare Harbour came before Judge Martina Baxter at Wexford Circuit Criminal Court.

He is charged with assaulting Bryan O’Hara at the Enniscorthy venue on August 20, 2016.

When the case was called, Defence Counsel David Bulbulia told the court that they were still awaiting some disclosure. He asked for an adjournment to next session.

Prosecuting Counsel Sinead Gleeson said there was no objection to the application.

Judge Baxter adjourned the case to January 30 next.
