WALKING TRACK

The new walking track at the sports ground at the Tintern Complex is now available to use and lighting has been installed to facilitate users in these dark evenings. The facility is there for the entire parish to use. You can run, walk or just stroll around and have a chat with friends. The track is available all day and it is lit up till 8.30 p.m. each week night. Get active now and make room for the Christmas dinner.

SILVER CIRCLE

The last of the 10 Gusserane GAA Silver a Circle draws took place last week. The winners were Charlie Somers of Boley, John O’Connor of Rathimney, John Conway of Burkestown and Muriel Culleton of Boley. The club would like to thank all those who supported the draw.

LOTTO

There was no jackpot winner last week when the numbers drawn were 1, 3, 7 and 26. The match-three winners were Harry Twomey (twice), Mark Molloy, Carrie Browne and Fr Seán Laffan. This week’s jackpot stands at €2,450.
