Fined for having no seat belt

A FINE of €300 was imposed on Richard O’Brien (25) of Ardinagh, Taghmon for failure to wear a safety belt.

The conviction was imposed at Gorey District Court after evidence of the offence was provided by Garda Trevor McCormack.

O’Brien was not present in court for the hearing.
