Motor tax summons

Kelley Walsh (33) from Main Street, Campile was not at the District Court sitting in Wexford to deal with a motor tax summons.

She had no up-to-date disc exhibited at Marshmeadows when her vehicle was inspected by Garda Mairead Cummins.

He noted that tax had expired the previous July, prompting Judge Gerard Haughton to impose a fine of €300.
