Drove without valid tax

Gary Malone (22), formerly of 3 Evan’s Court, Neville Street, New Ross attended Wexford District Court to admit a motor tax offence.

He was caught driving without a valid disc by Garda Mairead Cummins in December and the tax disc had expired in July.

Solicitor Sean Lowney informed the court that his client was now resident at 10 Millhouse, New Ross.
