Failed to wear safety belt

Ann Connors (21), 46 Hewittsland, New Ross was fined €300 at Wexford District Court for failure to wear a safety belt.

She was not present in court to hear the evidence offered by Garda Mairead Cummins about his investigations at Robert Street on the afternoon of November 29 last year.

He noted that Ms Connors had no belt securing her while she was a front seat passenger in a motor powered vehicle.
