Derby delight for Enniscorthy United
Division 3 pacesetters Enniscorthy United got another three points on the board on Sunday as they overcame local rivals Shamrock Rovers 3-1. Jamie Fox netted a double for the winners, with Hasane Smyth getting their other goal and Willie Dobbs replying for Rovers.
Cillian Cushe was the matchwinner for Gorey Rangers, scoring both their goals as they edged out Enniscorthy Town 2-1.
Bunclody had their shooting boots on as they overwhelmed Ajax Athletic 7-3. Dion Dunne grabbed a hat-trick, with Paddy Kavanagh, Brandon Kavanagh, Jamie Wilson and Eric Donohoe chipping in with a goal apiece.
Cushinstown won 3-2 away to Forth Celtic, while a Keith Donnelly goal was enough for Duncannon to beat Rosslare Port. United 5-1, while Sam Keogh netted a double for Camolin, with Rob Molloy getting their other goal as they beat Courtown Hibs 3-1.
The Ballagh earned a good 3-0 win in Curracloe, with Patrick Stamp, Darryl Gray and Callum O’Reilly getting on the scoresheet.
Carne FC went on a scoring spree against Castledockrell, winning 7-2 with goals from Rory Reville, Gary Walsh, Fergie Buckley, Denver Kinsella, Byron Sweeney and Fintan Mullins (two).
