More great writing from Ross
HERE we present the second in a twopart series of festive winter stories from New Ross Inspirations creative writing group to enjoy by the fireside in the comfort of your home.
Featured here are three stories involving a return journey home for a man who has a story to tell, an imaginative and reflective piece on the central Christmas tale, the birth of Jesus in a stable, and lastly the story of a man seeking shelter, and finding Christmas, as many people do, one of the most difficult times of the year.
The stories were written especially for you, dear New Ross Standard reader, in the run-up to this Christmas, so we hope you enjoy them.
The creative writing group is held in New Ross Library usually on the last Tuesday of every month.
We in New Ross Inspirations are grateful to the New Ross Standard for showcasing local writers’ work.
