Seasiders turn on the style to move to the top of table

Wexford Youths 2, Curracloe United Curracloe joined New Ross Town at the top of the table after this 5-2 win away to Wexford Youths who worked hard but found the visitors defence difficult to break down.

Siofra Gabbett and Layla Stafford were the scorers for Youths while two goals each from Polly Redmond and Zara Corrigan and one from Cara Parker gave Curracloe their third win of the season.

Ballindaggin FC 0, All Blacks 1: All Blacks travelled to Ballycarney on Saturday and recorded their first win of the season as they overcame a young home side 1-0. Strand in contention for the title. Scarlet Bright scored twice for the home side with Lucia Donohoe and Ellie Redmond also finding the net.

Seaview United 2, Shelburne FC 2: This top of the table clash saw both sides produce an exciting encounter with a 2-2 draw at the end which sees them both remaining first and second in what looks to be a closely-contested division.

Keelin Barron scored both goals for Shelburne while Louise Walsh and Marie MacDonald were on target for Seaview.

Forth Celtic 0, Cushinstown AFC 5: Cushinstown are well in contention for the title after they travelled to Forth Celtic and ran out comfortable 5-0 winners to record their second win of the season. 0: Adamstown recorded their first win of the season when they overcame Bridge Rovers in a division that is already looking to be very competitive.

Seaview United 2, Curracloe United 4: Curracloe came away from Seaview 4-2 winners and with the three points that moves them clear at the top of the table.

Jamie Walsh and Hazel Hickey were on target for Seaview while Anna Dempsey, Rebecca Fanning, Clara O’Leary and Caitlin Rossiter all scored for the visitors.

Aughrim Rangers 4, Forth Celtic 1: A young Forth Celtic side made the long journey to Aughrim Rangers but had no answer to the strong home side who ran out 4-1 winners.

Myrinn Hynd scored for Forth while Laci Jane Shannon scored two to add to a goal each from Abigail Whitney and Aoife Stafford for the home side.

Wexford Youths 1, New Ross Town 4: New Ross Town moved into a mid-table position after this 4-1 away to Wexford Youths.

Katie Sweetman was on target for the home side. for the visitors.

Arklow Town 0, Moyne Rangers 11: Moyne have opened a gap at the top of the table after this massive win away to Arklow Town which was their fourth win of the season. Kerri Burt scored four while Erin Carley and Amy Shannon scored a hat-trick each, while Jade Vrowne also found the net.

Bree United 0, St. Cormac’s 5: St. Cormac’s made it four wins from four games and sit top of the table after this 5-0 win away to Bree United. Emerson Doran scored a hat-trick for the Boolavogue girls with Jessica Foran and Bronagh Kenny also scoring to give them the points to move clear at the top.

Carnew FC 0, Bridge Rovers 4: Bridge Rovers moved up to second in the table after they made the long journey to Carnew and came away 4-0 winners. Olivia Morris, Maeve Hayes, Katie Carroll and Shannon Doyle were all on target for the winners.

Carnew FC 0, Tombrack United 15: Five goals from Shannon McGovern set Tombrack well on the way to a big victory away to a hard-working young Carnew side.

Nicola Ryan scored a hat-trick while Tia Byrne and Breda Cushen added two each while Leanne Kenny, Kelli Maguire and Becky Connaughton all scored one each. Seaview made it five wins from five games as they overcame Bree 9-0 to go into the new year as leaders in the Premier Division.

Catherine Doyle, Sonja Murphy, Ali Staats and Lisa Dower all scored two goals each with Maebh Kehoe also finding the net.

Fastnet Rovers 2, Forth Celtic 10: Forth Celtic seem to be scoring goals for fun and go into the new year top of Division 2A as they overcame Fastnet Rovers 10-2.

Eadaoin Miskella and Annie Breen were on target for Fastnet while Sarah Siggins, with a hat-trick, Lauren Roche, Natasha Byrne Rossiter and Emma Clarke with two each and Rianna Cullen with one gave Forth all three points.

Corach Ramblers 0, Courtown Hibs 3: Courtown have moved up to second in the table after this win away to Corach Ramblers.

Sarah Lynch and Marian Cardiff had Hibs 2-0 up at half-time and an Aoife Gleeson goal five minutes from time wrapped up the win.
