Winners of the cards in the hall on Saturday night last were; John Sinnott, David Murphy and Georgie Foley. ALL VEHICLE ROAD RUN

An all vehicle road run will take place from St Leonards Hall on St Stephen’s Day. The vehicles will leave from the hall at 10 a.m. and travel to Hook Head and Duncannon via St Kearns, Saltmills, Fethard on sea and finish back at St Leonards hall. Registrati­on is at 9.30 a.m. with the road run heading off at 10 a.m. All proceeds to local charities. For further details contact Mick Roche at 087 6849120.

LITURGICAL SERVICES

St Leonards Church Liturgical Services for Christmas are as follows. Tuesday, December 19, Confession­s at 7.30 p.m., Fr doyle and Fr Miskella.

Sunday, December 24, normal Sunday Mass at 9 a.m. and midday. Vigil Mass at 8 p.m. Midnight Mass at 12 Midnight Fr Doyle. Christmas Day Mass 10 a.m. Fr Miskella. Fr Doyle will celebrate his final Mass as Curate in St Leonards at midday on Sunday, December 31.

LOTTO

There was no jackpot winner in the Tintern lotto draw last week. Martina Cummins, Kilbraney PO matched three numbers and received €200.

The numbers drawn were 12, 15, 19 and 22. Next week’s jackpot will be €3,500 and next weks match-three winners will share €200. Tickets on sale in all local shops and from committee members. Draw takes place every Tuesday night at nine o’clock.

SYMPATHY

Sincere sympathy is extended to Maura Cahill, Curraghmor­e, on the death of her brother John Lacey, who passed away last week after a long illness. May he rest in peace.
