Adamstown 3, North End United 1: Adamstown have moved into a challenging position in the race for the Premier title after this win over North End United, a team finding it difficult to reach the heights they did last season.

Ferns United 0, Seaview United 0 (abandoned at half-time as mark of respect to Nolan family): These sides were involved in a very evenly-contested battle until half-time when news was relayed that Mrs. Benny Nolan, mother of club Chairman ‘Tiny’ Nolan, had passed away, and it was agreed by all parties that the game should be abandoned as a mark of respect to the Nolan family.

All in Wexford women’s soccer pass on our deepest sympathies to the Nolan family at this sad time.

Fastnet Rovers 1, Tombrack United 2: These sides have had some tough battles over the past three years and this game was no different.
