Must make donation to organisation
CANNABIS possession accused David Kennedy (20) of 95 Grange Road in New Ross was caught with €25 worth of the drug at Irishtown last September.
The District Court heard that Kennedy was a second year student at college in Dublin, also working part-time as a waiter.
He was told by Judge John Cheatle that the matter would be struck out once a €100 donation was made to the Headway organisation which deals with people who have brain injuries.
