Cannabis charge

HAVING €15 worth of cannabis when searched by gardaí resulted in a court appearance for David Pogosianis (27) of 24 Riverview Court, Enniscorthy.

The charge related from a search at Enniscorthy Garda Station on September 9 of last year. Pogosianis pleaded guilty. Judge Cheatle gave him the benefit of the Probation Act for a €50 donation to the Cornmarket Project.
