Motorist fined for NCT offence

Motorist Seamus Coady (39) of 46 Bridgemeadow, Enniscorthy incurred a conviction and a fine of €80 for not having his NCT in order.

The matter dealt with at the District Court dated back to February of last year. Coady told Judge John Cheatle that he had since got rid of the car which was pulled up by Garda Vincent Downes.
