RAINBOWS PROGRAMME

Raheen Family Resource Centre in conjunctio­n with Rainbows Ireland is offering the Rainbows programme in Raheen Family Resource Centre. This is a nineweek listeni g, group support programme following a bereavemen­t or parental separation. Children of a similar age and loss experience are placed in separate groups.

ALARMS FOR THE ELDERLY

Free monitored alarms for those who are over 65 years of age are available through Raheen Family Resource Centre. These alarms are monitored 24 hours a day by Tunstall Emergency Response and provide peace of mind to the older person and their family members. LADIES’ FOOTBALL

Adamstown Ladies’ Gaelic Football Club are having their annual 5K Sponsored fun Walk/ Run on Good Friday, March 30, at 5 p.m. at the Carrigbyrn­e Picnic area. Adults €10 and Children €5. Prize for first man/woman home. Refreshmen­ts served afterwards.
