ANOTHER VICTORY

At Peterson Park in Glasgow the Kilkenny Junior Football team continued on their winning way in the British Championship with a resounding 3-12 to 0-14 victory over Scotland. This was a tough encounter with the Scots adopting a very physical approach to the game but the ‘Cats’ were equal to every challenge and ran out easy winners on the above score-line.

Three Tullogher-Rosbercon players, Pat Hartley, Cian O’Donoghue, and Donncha O’Connor are in the squad which are improving game by game and are fancied now to retain the British Championship which they won last year.
