MARTIAL ARTS CAMP
Raheen Family Resource Centre in conjunction with Irish Heart is running free martial arts summer camps in Adamstown Community Centre from July 9 to July 11 for 10-12 year olds and from July 16 to July 19 for 13-16 year olds. Participants will learn self-defence, self-awareness, boxercise and lots more. There will also be lots of fun and games which will promote team building and confidence. The camp will be delivered by John Philips, who has a fourth Degree Black Belt. For further information or to book a place contact Joyce at 051 428805.
ADAMSTOWN SHOW
The 71st annual Agricultural, horticultural, Trade and vintage show will take place in Adamstown on Saturday, July 7. The organising committee are leaving no stone unturned to have this year’s show the best ever. Entry forms for all 230 classes are now available from the Hon secretary, Patrice Byrne, Chapel, Clonroche, 087 6166926 or any member of the committee.

SEISIUN
Danescastle Music Group will host Seisiun in Horse and Hound, Ballinaboola on Tuesday evenings at 8.30 during July and August commencing on Tuesday, July 3. An evening of traditional music, song and dance. Come and enjoy a great evening’s entertainment for all the family.
