Admitted fault in car accident

FATHER of two young sons Daniel Bailleul, Aldridge, Duncannon dealt with prosecution in the District Court arising from a road accident on the N30 in New Ross.

The collision with Cormac Dunleavy occurred in November and Bailleul accepted that he was at fault.

Solicitor Colette Culleton told Judge Bernadette Owens that the accident happened on the day that his partner’s aunt died.

A €200 fine for driving without due consideration was handed down to the CE scheme worker.
