Cumasopen day

Cumas New Ross are hosting a family open day this Saturday from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. at their premises at the Harte Complex in Butlersland Industrial Estate, New Ross.

The aim of the open day is to promote the range of services Cumas provides to the individuals it supports. Everyone is invited to come along for a day filled with fun activities and entertainment for all the family from little children to adults and to meet other businesses and groups in the community who currently work closely with the organisation. our native herbs, Diane Fletcher Jones will introduce the audience to healing plants that grow around us with both nutritional and health giving benefits. Following the success of the 2017 series, this year there are four talks over the next four Thursdays with the following three featuring Camilla Tunney on Clean Coasts, Brian Matthew remembering the Mills of New Ross and The Hook, and Kevin McCormick looking at the importance of Whales and Dolphins.
