Behaviour ‘out of order’

AIDAN LYNCH of 11 the Orchard, Michael Street, New Ross was fined on the double at the District Court in Wexford.

The 27-year-old accepted that his behaviour at Charlotte Street in Wexford was out of order on May 13 last year.

He was found on the date in question making a nuisance of himself and acting aggressively at a night club door.

The father of four also admitted that he had no safety belt on while travelling in Wellingtonbridge in a blue Opel Zafira last September.

He was docked €150 for his threatening/abusive behaviour and a further €150 for the failure to belt up.
